2. Coaching Services
Discovery Calls: Fees for discovery calls are non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to arrange a new time.
Coaching Sessions: If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with the coaching session, please contact us within 48 hours of the session to discuss a potential refund or credit towards future sessions.
Package Sessions: Refunds for coaching packages are only available if the request is made before the start of the first session. Once the first session of a package has been completed, no refunds will be provided for the remaining sessions.
3. Digital Products
Ebooks, Worksheets, and Online Courses: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of ebooks, worksheets, and online courses are final and non-refundable. If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your purchased digital products, please contact us for assistance.

To request a refund, please contact us at support@activeminds.ae with your order details, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting information. Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10-15 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
